MJ Management provides a full range of personnel services to charter public schools in Michigan.

We support charter schools by placing qualified, certified administrators and teachers, paraprofessionals, administrative assistants, bus drivers, teacher aides, lunch aides, and maintenance staff members.

We support charter schools staff with a fringe benefits package that includes comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and a 401(k) retirement program.

MJ Management Services provides contract management and efficient payroll system COBRA compliance, workers compensation coverage, and unemployment oversight.

For the past twelve years, Kate Witucki has dedicated herself to providing quality personnel to Michigan Charter Schools.  

Kate believes so strongly in the learning environments her company helps to create, that she currently has four of her own grandchildren enrolled in our Public School Academies.

Diversity is the strength of the charter schools movement.  We do not dictate policy, educational philosophy or particular educational theories.  Those decisions are left to the educators and boards who operate the charter schools.  We do provide essential business and personnel support so educators can be free to do what they do best - teach, so students can learn.
